Safety and efficacy with self-administration of subcutaneous rozanolixizumab-noli have not been established. Rozanolixizumab-noli should only be prepared and infused by a healthcare provider. Rozanolixizumab-noli is indicated by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) in adult patients who are anti-acetylcholine receptor (AChR) or anti-muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MuSK) antibody positive.
